The phone beta is free for invited members of the Studio beta cohort. No payment method is required, and participation does not automatically charge you or convert to a paid subscription. Any later purchase is a separate choice.
Eligibility and shared accounts
You must be at least 18 and have reached the legal age of majority where you live. Invitations are for named testers. Use your own Studio account and keep your credentials private; do not share an account, private invitation, or download access. If you participate for an organization, you must be authorized to do so.
Studio accounts are real, persistent accounts shared across supported clients. An account or application alone does not grant beta access or permission to post in Community. Ending the phone beta does not automatically delete your account. Future app and service access depends on the offer then available; participation does not promise lifetime access.
Using the phone beta
During authorized beta access, you may use the phone app for personal, professional, and commercial work, subject to rights in your content and applicable third-party restrictions. The iOS app remains subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applicable to its distribution. These beta terms describe the free invited offer and Community conduct; they are not the separate Mac software license or a paid subscription offer.
Screenshots and discussion of the beta are allowed. Do not redistribute the app or its private access. Material specifically identified as confidential must be handled under the applicable confidentiality instruction or agreement; the beta label alone does not make all discussion confidential.
Features, compatibility, builds, and service availability may change during testing. A TestFlight build has its own availability period. We may replace or withdraw a build or suspend affected access for security, reliability, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. The phone beta does not include the Mac beta’s activation period, sponsored AI allowances, or paid service entitlement.
Back up important work and test the relevant workflow before client delivery. Tracker is experimental virtual-production software, requires supported hardware, and is not genlocked or certified for frame-accurate production. Validate the selected receiver and network before relying on output. An internet connection is needed for sign-in and hosted Community features; do not assume uninterrupted offline account or service access.
Your content and Community
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content to Community, you give us permission to host, process, display, and deliver it to the eligible Community audience, and to review it when needed for support, safety, or moderation. Submit only material you have the right to share with that audience.
Active channels are readable by signed-in accounts that are not suspended, including accounts not yet approved to participate. They are not private to a selected channel or only the invited beta cohort. Posting and other participation require the assigned membership and access. Do not post confidential client material, credentials, sensitive personal information, or content whose owner has not authorized this sharing.
Do not harass or threaten others, post unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person, spam, introduce malware, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. Use the report controls or contact us to flag harmful content. Authorized moderators may review reports, remove content, lock conversations, or restrict accounts. We may contact you about a report or access decision using your account contact information.
Deleting your own content or account can leave other people’s replies with a deleted-content marker. Readers may have saved copies. Retention and deletion practices, including storage cleanup and necessary exceptions, are described in the Privacy Policy.
Feedback and support
Feedback is voluntary. Use Community or contact alex@alexpearce3d.com with questions or reports. Review any text, images, recordings, or diagnostics before sharing them. No fixed support response or resolution time is promised.
We may use feedback to improve and operate Studio. Public attribution, testimonials, use of feedback in marketing, and optional marketing enrollment require separate permission. Beta participation, feedback, or an attachment is not that permission.
Changes and contact
We will publish changes here and provide additional notice when required. Material changes apply prospectively. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
